Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 10, 2026
Last Updated: February 10, 2026
At Twelf.ai, we believe in “Trust Over Templates.” This privacy policy sets out how Twelf.ai uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website and our AI services. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable global standards.
1. What We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Identity and Contact Data: Name, job title, and contact information including email address and phone number.
- Professional Information: Company name and details regarding the services you are interested in obtaining.
- Input and Interaction Data: Text, files, or data inputs provided when interacting with our AI agents, prototypes, or strategy tools.
- Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and information on how you interact with our website.
2. Special Categories of Data (Sensitive Data)
Our “Intelligence” pillar may involve the processing of sensitive personal data. This varies from project to project. Such data includes:
- Health and Wellness Data: Information relating to physical or mental health.
- Biometric Data: Data used for unique identification or behavioral analysis.
- Behavioral Patterns: Insights derived from passive sensing technologies.
Note: We will only process these special categories of data with your explicit, informed consent or where the processing is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of a specific service agreement. We implement enhanced security measures and strict access controls for all sensitive data.
3. AI Transparency & Third-Party LLMs
To provide state-of-the-art Agentic AI and Generative AI services, Twelf.ai may utilize third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic).
- Sub-Processing: Your input data may be processed by these third-party providers to generate AI responses.
- Zero-Retention & Training: We prioritize the use of enterprise-grade APIs that offer zero-data retention and ensure your proprietary data is not used to train the providers’ public “base” models.
- Grounding: We use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ensure AI outputs are grounded in your specific data without leaking that data into the broader model ecosystem.
4. Transfer of Data Outside Singapore
As part of our global operations and use of cloud-based AI infrastructure, your personal data may be transferred to, stored at, or processed in a destination outside of Singapore (e.g. cloud servers in the United States or EU).
In accordance with the PDPA, we ensure that any such transfer is protected by:
- Standard Contractual Clauses: Ensuring the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
- Vetted Sub-processors: Using only reputable cloud providers (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS) that maintain rigorous international security certifications (SOC2, ISO 27001).
5. What We Do With the Information We Gather
We use your information to:
- Deliver Services: Provide AI strategy, agentic development, and platform operations.
- Personalization: Tailor the user experience and AI responses to your specific business needs.
- Communication: Periodically send informational newsletters or emails about our services or AI insights which we think you may find useful.
- System Improvement: Refine our neuro-symbolic models to ensure higher accuracy and reduced hallucinations.
6. Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. This includes industry-standard encryption for data both at rest and in transit.
7. Controlling Your Personal Information
Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:
- Access and Correction: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request that we fix inaccuracies.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data at any time.

To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@twelf.ai.
8. Disclosure for Legal Reasons
We may disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Twelf.ai, our clients, or the public.
